We would like to inform you that starting from April 2024, the management of the “Innova Move” E-Scooter Sharing service will be entrusted to Elerent, a company external to the Nova Quadri Group, already active in Ragusa in the e-sharing sector of scooters and bikes. We are confident that he will be able to successfully manage this project, which we care about and will continue to support.

Therefore, the “Innova Move” App will remain active until March 30, 2024 at 1.00 pm. We will notify you via our social channels Innova Move as soon as the service is available in the “Elerent” App.

To continue to use the service, we invite you to download the “Elerent” App (available for Android and iOS) and register again, reading the new conditions of service together with the new privacy information provided by Elerent, which will operate as Service manager and independent data controller of personal data.

If you have a registered account on the “Innova Move” App and have an active credit resulting from the purchase of minute packages, you can transfer the entire unused amount by registering on the “Elerent” App and requesting the transfer to the e-mail address email elerentrg@gmail.com .
